Cemimax Cemi Screed High-Performance Screed Binder – 20kg

Cemi Screed is a high-performance, ready-to-use, eco-friendly, normal-setting and quick-drying mortar binder suitable for fast-drying engineered screed installations.

It is manufactured using high-quality spray-dried polymer resin, special cement and special additives. The concentrated binder can be combined with a lightweight aggregate to create a lightweight or engineered screed for subfloors.

Product properties and benefits:

• Suitable for light foot traffic after approximately 12 hours
• Completely dry after approximately four days for laying resilient or timber flooring
• Ceramic tiles may be installed after approximately 24 hours
• Natural stone may be installed after approximately two days
• Suitable for patching and repairing floor screeds where rapid restoration is required
• Suitable for preparing screeds with underfloor-heating systems
• No additional polymer additives required
• Suitable for lightweight and engineered screeds
